Very user friendly, easy, straightforward application process. I came for a quote and since it was good, I bought (which was equally easy). The only suggestion I have is the question about alarm systems. When you say "activated regularly" does that mean turned on (alarm is set?) or does that mean triggered (smoke detector goes off due to smoke or burglar alarm due to break-in). When it comes to having your alarm systems "activated regularly", that means that your alarm and smoke detectors are regularly set and tested to ensure they are functioning.
