Response: Hi, Lisa. Thank you for the review. In fact, the policies offered by Square One do include coverage for cats. For example, if your cat bites your neighbour, the liability portion of your policy would treat it just like a dog bite. I tried to renew my original policy and ran into technical glitches, had to cancel the policy and now re-apply just to have it processed. This makes me dissatisfied as there would have been a refund towards a credit card I no longer use, and I lose some of my privileges as a continuing policyholder still living in the same residence. - Nikolai S. from Vancouver, BC on Jul 6, 2018
