I honestly never write reviews but this was the best experience I've had buying insurance or anything! Claire was very thorough, professional and even funny. Yes, funny! I came across Square One while searching for a new provider. My current provider decided to increase my premium to $600/year with no explanation. I am claims-free and nothing had changed. Admittedly I'm hard to impress and have high expectations for companies when trying to solve problems I'm experiencing.
